Nobody else is here.
Most retreat centers host several groups or open their restaurant to the public. Here, the entire island belongs to your group for the length of your stay, and nobody wanders off to a bar in town halfway through the week.
The numbers are simple.
You pay one flat nightly rate for the whole island, meals included. Everything you charge above it is yours.
The Rooms
Eight bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom and air conditioning. Thirteen people fit comfortably with everyone in their own bed, you included. If some of your participants are couples sharing a king, the island holds up to sixteen. The master suite is usually the leader's room.
What's Included
The whole island for your group alone, with nobody else on it. Three meals a day from our chef, built around your program and any dietary needs, plus coffee, tea, water, and juices all day.
Daily housekeeping. Boat transfers from Bocas del Toro airport for your whole group. Exclusive use of the pavilion for practice and gatherings. Kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkel gear.
Alcohol, excursions, and spa-style add-ons are available and billed separately, so you can include them in your price or leave them optional for your guests.
Pricing
The island is $3,000 a night, all-inclusive, for up to thirteen people including you, with each additional guest at $225 a night, up to sixteen. The minimum stay is five nights. Our first three retreats receive a founding rate of $2,550 a night in exchange for a short video testimonial and permission to share photos.

International flights land at Tocumen in Panama City. Your group then crosses the city to Albrook airport for a one-hour flight to Bocas del Toro, and most participants spend one night in Panama City on the way. Our team meets everyone at the Bocas airport, and the boat ride to the island takes about twenty minutes. We send you a travel guide you can forward straight to your participants.

Who We Are
We are Tim and Liz Street, and for years we came home from group trips more tired than when we left. We found Bocas del Toro through friends, fell for it instantly, and bet everything on a place where nobody has to herd anyone. We built this island for groups who want to be together without anyone running the logistics. Retreats are exactly that.

Can your chef handle dietary needs?
Yes. Plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, allergies, and cleanse-style menus are all planned before you arrive, with meal times set around your schedule.
What if it rains?
The pavilion is fully roofed, so sessions carry on. Showers here usually pass within the hour.
How far ahead should I book?
Most leaders plan six to twelve months out so they have time to fill their spots.
