A private island your clients have to themselves, and a commission worth your time.
Commission
We pay 20% on stays booked through the end of 2027, and 15% after that, on the island rate before tax and before pass-through costs like charter flights and outside services. Commission is paid within thirty days after your clients check out. Retreats are priced as a flat rate to the retreat leader; ask us about trade terms if you're placing one.
What your clients get
The whole island for one group at a time: two houses, eight ensuite bedrooms, every one air conditioned, a pool, a hot tub, and three docks, sleeping up to twenty-four. A chef cooks three meals a day around the group, housekeeping comes through daily, kayaks, paddleboards, and snorkel gear are always included, and taxi boat service gets them wherever they want to go. Alcohol is billed separately. Our team meets them at the Bocas del Toro airport and handles every handoff from there.
How to book
Write to [email protected] with your agency name, your IATA, CLIA, or host agency number, and your clients' dates, group size, and occasion. We reply within one business day with availability and a quote. Your clients stay your clients: we copy you on everything and never market to them directly.
