The pavilion in daylight set for a working session, laptops on the long table and breakfast at the back

Corporate Offsites

Work in the morning, the boat in the afternoon, and a whole island just for your team.

Most offsites happen in a hotel conference room with a tray of sad overpriced pastries and a view of the parking lot where even the pigeons seem to be having more fun. This one on the other hand happens on a private island that's yours and nobody else's. The solar pavilion at the center of the island is the meeting room, open on the side, with string lights, an open bar and karaoke for after dark, and Starlink internet access means the morning session, the call with the office, and the deck you promised by Friday all work from the porch, the pavilion, or the dock. All of the TVs in the common areas and pavilion are capable of casting. Eight bedrooms sleep 16 adults at double occupancy, 20 adults at triple occupancy, or 24 if you have little ones sharing the futon. Bigger teams put the rest up at our neighboring partner resorts, which we book, with a boat across each morning.

A day here is simple. Mornings are for work. Afternoons are for the boat: a snorkel at Hospital Point, a run out to Cayo Zapatillas, a surf break, or a line in the water for mahi and tuna. Evenings run late under the pavilion lights, with karaoke if the team is that kind of team, and there's no hotel quiet-hours card on the nightstand. Nobody collects receipts or expenses a dinner, because every meal is included. Give us a heads-up on what you want to do that week and how many are coming, and we'll send one quote that lists every cost.

Every stay includes

  • Eight air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms.
  • An on-site chef cooking all of the meals
  • Kayaks, paddleboards, snorkeling equipment
  • Starlink internet access
  • One group at a time, exclusive to your group
