Wellness Retreats
No cars, no crowds, and a whole island that runs on sunlight.
The first thing you notice is what is missing. No car horns, no traffic, no crowds. What you hear instead is toucans and parrots at first light, boats moving through the pass, and water lapping against the dock. After dark there are fireflies. The island is two and a half acres of coconut palms, breadfruit, mango, and banana, with basil and cilantro in the kitchen garden, and it is the kind of place where things grow whether you tend them or not. Sunrise is over the water on the east side and sunset over the water on the west, and the sun crosses the whole property in between.
A yoga teacher comes to the property at the hour you want, on the lawn, on the dock, or wherever your group would like to flow. A masseuse comes to the dock for a session by the water. The solar pavilion at the center of the island has room for the whole group to practice together, and the roof above it carries the thirty-three panels that run the island. We are fully off grid. Power comes from the sun and water comes from the sky, and Starlink reaches everywhere for the days you need it.
Our chef cooks three meals a day from what the garden and the boats bring in: fish from Bocas Town, fruit and herbs from the property, produce from farms on the surrounding islands, bread baked here. Gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, and every other way your group eats gets sorted on the onboarding call. There is room for up to twenty-four in eight ensuite bedrooms, and the retreat leader stays free of charge in the largest suite in the hacienda, with its own bath. We provide all the linens. For hygiene we ask everyone to bring their own mats, blocks, straps, and weights. The whole island is yours, one group at a time, so the only schedule is the one you set.
What quiet sounds like here.
Toucans and parrots at first light. Boats moving through the pass. Water against the dock. No car horns, no traffic, no crowds, and a whole day of sky between sunrise on the east side and sunset on the west.
Fed by the garden and the sun.
The pavilion roof carries thirty-three solar panels feeding a 75 kWh battery bank that runs the entire island. The garden on the property grows the basil, cilantro, mint, ginger, and lime that end up in the kitchen and at the bar. Nearly everything that hits the table comes from the garden, the boats, or a nearby farm, with only a few things brought in from further away.
Yoga
A teacher comes to the property at the time you want, on the lawn, on the dock, or wherever you would like to flow. The pavilion has room for the whole group.
Massage

Room for the group
Up to twenty-four in eight ensuite bedrooms, every one air conditioned, Starlink everywhere. The waterfront bungalow sits apart with its own dock and porch. The retreat leader's spot is on us, in the hacienda's largest suite. Bring your own mats and props; we provide the linens.
On the water
Paddleboards, kayaks, and snorkel gear are included and launch from the dock on calm days. The boat and our captain are yours for a reef snorkel, or for a bioluminescent swim on the dark nights around the new moon.
The only schedule is yours.
There are no other guests, ever. Tell us the shape of the retreat you have in mind, who is leading it, and how the days should run, and we will work out the rest with you.
Tell us when you're coming and who you're bringing. We'll take it from there.
